1. Dresses are not just for dressing up, they are for the unbelievably lazy when they dont feel like putting on an outfit, a bra, or pants in general.
2. I do not look like a girl in uniform, seeing as my Commander was like "You were a girl for a second there!!" after I changed out of my dress into my uniform lololol.
3. By time June rolls around and I come and visit some of you bitches I am going to be a brownie with the amount of sun I am going to be getting. After 2 weeks of nothing but rain, I was starting to look seriously white.

Lets see, a quick review of whats happened since then. Almost got deployed to New Orleans for Gustav, which was insane. Finally prepared and was ready for it, and it turned off the hell button and floated through the gulf without much damage. So that was a good thing.

Thursday though, last thursday that is, we lost a helicopter during training around 2000. Three people pronounced dead on the scene, one coastie still missing at sea. there's no way he's still alive. The base is sorta rocked, and everyone's scrambling to get things back to normal again, there's a big memorial going on tomorrow. Unfortunatly I might miss it because of the big thing to come here next week.

Tomorrow I have to go get my medicine and prepare for my eye surgery. My vision right now is in the ballpark of 20/400 far and at the same time 20/60 near. Stupid Astigmatism. I'm right on the edge of being allowed to get this surgery, and hopefully they'll be able to fix my vision enough that I'll be able to at least find my glasses in the morning. Thats all I wan't.  To no longer be blind. 

So what they're doing is called PRK, which is where they take a chemical to soften the skin on your eyes and then buff it off with a little brush thingy. Then they use the laser to fix the cornia's shape, and then over a month or two the skin grows back and your eyes are no worse for wear.  With lasic they cut a flap in your eye that never heals. So in the long run PRK is the better choice, and besides, my eyes are too bad for Lasic apparently. 

So next week i'll be like...laying in bed with blood and ooze gushing from my eyeballs. Perfect time for such an insane plot on poly huh?

Oh my FREAKING GOD. I have SO MUCH WORK TO DO IN LESS THEN TWO WEEKS! Shit man, SHIT. I’m starting to get worried, I really have a lot to do! Manda, I think it’d be better if I just bring you the stuff in my suitcase, and then size and do any adjustments the day before. I’ll just bring my hand held sewing machine, I think If I send it to you, it wont be completely perfect and it’ll JUST BARELY make it to you. X_X

So I fixed my Jeep finally, after three days under the  hood of it. But this also has left me with a lack of money until that 720 is returned to me. Which royally sucks. 

God I KNEW something like this would happen right before the con, I'm glad I got all this stuff before hand. Urg. Just urg. *headdesk* I cant wait for the 15th now.
